FREE Shipping:
Sister Sprinkles - Ships all order of $35+ for FREE within the Continental USA. For orders out side of the USA - please email: support@sistersprinkles.com so that we can provide you with an accurate estimate of your shipping rate.
Shipping:

Current processing time is 3-5 days business days after payment is received (not including weekends). *We will do our best to get your orders processed and shipped as soon as possible.

Your order will arrive within 3-5 business days after it has been processed. Postal delivery delays once your items have been shipped are not in our scope of control.

Tracking numbers will be provided on ALL shipments.

Shipping time of 2-5 days (via USPS) is IN ADDITION to the processing time (noted above).

Shipping is via USPS Priority and is weight based.

Shipping outside of the US will have an additional fee (*USPS rates)

Sister Sprinkles does not currently ship internationally. Please email: support@sistersprinkles.com if you are wanting to place an international order.

Local Pick-Up is AVAILABLE! Sister Sprinkles is located in Killeen, Texas. If you are local (ie: Killeen, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove, Belton, Temple, or surrounding city/county) and want to save money on shipping, just choose the local pick-up option instead of shipping at 'check out'. Sister Sprinkles will email you to arrange a 'pick-up' appointment at a location in Killeen, Texas.
Returns:

Sister Sprinkles does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final unless the item you purchased is defective.

In the event you receive a defective item, damaged item, or are missing an item from your order, please contact Sister Sprinkles at: support@sistersprinkles.com within 7 days of delivery.

For a defective item include: your name, invoice number, a photo(s) of the item, and description of the defective item needs to be emailed to: support@sistersprinkles.com

For a damaged item include: your name, invoice number, photo(s) of the item AND pictures of the shipping box so that we can help you to file a claim with USPS.

For a missing item include: your name, invoice number, and identify the item that is missing.

Sister Sprinkles will issue a replacement item or issue store credit.

NOTE: Damaged or defective items, which have been OPENED and/or USED will not receive a credit or replacement.
